HVD50  EEZ-E – ROBUST   General filler fit for any job.

HVD54  EEZ-E – FILL   Lightweight with high thixotrophy specifically for deep fills with high hold up.

HVD55  EEZ-E – LITE   Lightweight filler for large repairs, deep filling and easy to sand.

HVD56  EEZ-E – SAND   For fills requiring ultimate blend of SAND and smooth properties.

HVD58  EEZ-E – FINE   For repairs requiring the ultimate FINE finish.

 

 

All EEZ-E spreadable fillers are designed to be activated with between 1-4% Benzyl Peroxide Paste (as supplied), give a 4-5 minutes user life and will be ready for sanding in approximately 20 minutes @ 20ºC.  They can be used in temperatures as low as 0ºC but the time taken to be ready for sanding will be longer.  Each grade will have a preferred application but all grades can be used for filling metal including aluminium, steel and zinc coated substrates; and for filling glassfibre reinforced plastic (GRP).

 

All metal and GRP surfaces need abrading with 80 grit paper and degreasing prior to HVD application. Insufficient abrasion and degreasing could lead to poor adhesion to the substrate.

 

With the exception of HVD50, which is a very general filling paste to cover most jobs; the higher the HVD product number the greater the degree of smoothness of the paste.  All pastes are designed to give the optimum performance for application, filling, sanding and smoothness.
